The Data of Users is processed securely and appropriately. The Data may be processed by computers, automated services, and in some cases manually. Access to the Data is limited to persons in charge (e.g., communications, sales, support) as well as the Owner of STOK Electric, or external parties (such as hosting providers, analytics tools, IT service providers, or email services) who act as Data Processors on behalf of the Owner.

Data is processed at the Owner’s operating offices in The Netherlands and at any other locations where third-party processors are located. Depending on the User’s location, transfers may involve sending Data to a country outside the EU. In such cases, appropriate safeguards will be applied.

Retention Time

Personal Data shall be processed and stored for as long as required by the purpose for which it was collected.

  • Data collected for the performance of a contract with the User shall be retained until such contract has been fully performed and for up to 7 years thereafter (in compliance with Dutch tax law).
  • Data collected for the purposes of the Owner’s legitimate interests shall be retained as long as necessary to fulfill such purposes.
  • Personal Data collected for newsletters and marketing communications shall be retained until the User unsubscribes.
  • The Owner may retain Personal Data for a longer period if required by law or an authority.

Once the retention period expires, Personal Data will be deleted.
